Iclone 5's path editing is pretty good-- in fact better than most I have seen but not being able to move path points on local/world axis is my concern: currently you can only move the control point on a local axis which is frustrating. Also: if this and other export files could be sent to an xml format, I can then go in and make broad or even scripted changes to the path points.
Better multiple light configurations: Unity allows massive more amounts of real time generated light sources where iClone is limited to 8... Lumion 4 has similar flexible lighting... this would allow much greater and finer control over the scene's lighting.
No support for Microsoft Kinect Sensor v2 for Windows... not good: I'm going to have to do all my MoCap in MotionBuilder or Unity, then import into iClone... just my wishes, that's all!

Not quite sure what limitations you encounter with path editing. IC6 will have an enhanced lighting system with many more lights possible. I understand that improved Mocap is under consideration for IC6 at some later date. No details yet.
