Hi guys,
I am on with apple with this issue as well.
I create an animated gif and add to keynotes.
The animation works okay when viewed as a presentation.
When exported as a quicktime or HTML the animations don't show (only the first frame).
Anyone else experienced this.
Cheers

Update from Apple support.
The problem is quicktime does not support animated gifs.
So although you can use them within the presentation they fail when exported to quicktime & HTML.
The work around is to convert the animated gifs into quicktime format.
support.apple.com/kb/ht3775.
Is it possible to add transparent output to video outputs ?
Anyone know of a mac converter to convert from gif to quicktime.
Cheers

SteveW Hi Steve, You can export directly from CTA2 Mac with a transparent background if you use the ProRes 4444 MOV format.
