Sometimes you purchase content from the marketplace and after loading it into your scene, you get the trial watermark in your project. You try to download it again but it still displays the trial image layer and you can't seem to get it to go away.
There are 2 reasons that this happens:
1.) for some reason, content doesn't verify upon installation, it verifies when it is loaded for the first time inside iclone. For this reason, ensure that you are connected to the Internet the first time you load a content item. Develop a habit of loading new content items as soon as they are downloaded to ensure verification and to check if the next reason is your problem.
2.) this mainly happens with avatars: some characters you purchase contain other content items (hair, cloth, accessory) that you may be unaware of. This has mostly been fixed with the new marketplace content requirements but some older content items are still out there that don't comply with the new upload rules. To verify if this is your problem, after you load the content and the watermark appears, click the project tab, select "buy trial content" in the lower section of the right panel. This button will identify which content in your scene is trial and take you to the marketplace product page for that item(s). At this point, you may choose to purchase that content if you like, or return to your project and delete/replace the specific item that is causing the problem. Examples of this problem are the -free- John Connor character (hair) and the physics football player (buzzcut hair). If you don't own those items, you will get the watermark, deleting the hair will fix the problem.
So simply stated. Load content into your iclone as soon as it is installed by the downloader while you are still connected to the net to allow the content to verify and to check to see if there are any seperate content items that are part of the content you purchased.
If these steps do not correct your problem, contact the content developer through their store message center or PM them in the forum for further assistance.
