Hi, I have the same problem. Can´t even download the content that I purchased. How can I fix it  ?

Well, I was able to fix it. There was something terribly wrong with the permissions of the folder where the downloader executable is located. I don't know when and how this could happen, but it seems OK for know.

There have been Problems with iC5 Downloader Program since iC5 was first launched, Job. It was miraculously resolved with one of the many iC5 Patches.

You might recall that those of us who had iC4 Installed, would use iC4's Downloader & Copy the Downloaded Files to iC5 Content.

The current problem might be associated with problems re; MarketPlace Developers Upload's, due to Browser problems, IE anyway, which Reallusion are trying to Fix..

Anyone-else?

I wanted to download some items from MarketPlace. I did get the download list file (marketplacedlist.rld) OK, but when I tried to open it, I got a message: "RLCntDownloader has stopped working". The error is always in MSVCR90.dll.

The strange thing is that it worked about a month ago. I have reinstalled iClone since then, so maybe that installation was not completely successful.

I have the downloader working on a laptop with IC5, so it least I can get to my stuff.

Any ideas? :unsure:
