Could it be possible to make the body parts moveable so the legs could be moved behind the lower torso,it would allow for a much wider range for making lower garments.

That feature is currently available.

Each body part is on a layer that determines the order (front to back) of which body part is "on top of" another.

The order of body parts can be set initially in Composer mode on the Scene Manager's "Layer" tab on the lower right of the screen.

The body part layer order can also be changed during an animation on the Stage using the Scene Manager's "Layer" tab on the lower right of the screen.
