That is a good solution which can be applied in alot of cases. Good thinking. Using a second prop or even a second character can help make your animation easier to do in some cases. Jeff

Thanks Jeff
Maybe an idea for CTA2? To be honest, using curve for the bounce has turned out okay with a work-round. When I need the ball to roll straight after bouncing, I've cheated a second ball on top with a linear line and turned off the visibility for ball 1 when it stops bouncing.
Thanks for you quick reply - least I know I'm not missing something obvious. Thanks Dean
Thanks

Unfortunately you can can only one or the other for it affects the whole path. Select the one that does best and the just add transition points where you need to straighten or curve it out. Jeff

Hi there - just putting together a bouncing ball animation.
Is there any way you can combine linear and curve along a path?
For example, in flight, the ball looks good on a curve path for the trajectory and fall back. However, when it bounces, I would like a linear path to make it look correct (similar to snapping in Flash/Illustrator, I guess?). Then I could add a curve path again.
Thanks for any suggestions! :-)
Thanks
