I really would advise a good read through of the Props and Animation Concepts section of the Help Guide (Press F1 in CTA). You will find lots of invaluable information there on working with Props and Sprites.

For things like shafts you can simply draw them in a package like DrawPlus or Adobe Flash and import them into your custom library. Remember that any image can become a prop in CTA so if you don't wish to draw anything, just find a suitable object in a photo, remove the background and then add to CTA.

For animated effects like smoke, water and fire you can find many of these pre made in the packs below.

know it just do not know if I make a shaft or a door way to do it ... I'm nowhere tutorials for that I tried but could not go ....

If you wish to open the manhole from the Street scene, just right click the manhole in your scene and select "Sprite Editor"or press "S". Then select the animated open or the still open.

You can do the same with all other props from these CTA scenes.

whether there somewhere tutorial related to making all this as shutter, fountains, street manhole ...I can not find anywhere how to do the door to open or close or manhole from which leaks ...I tried something but I can not rotate to the side just up down left right?

For a door to open or close you just need to draw a series of images at various stages of opening and add these as sprites. Check out the Door in the Classroom pack to see how this works.
