I'm pleased to say the English voices are now back in stock. Again, apologies for the inconvenience. :)

Unfortunately the Neospeech 4 in 1 pack and other single English voices are currently out of stock at the moment. We are expecting new stock by next week. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I bought the Neospeech voices, and I still got complaints from people the voices sounded like computers.

Obviously, computer synthesis of voices still stink. Being computer lazy that is what is produced by developers.

When they quit synthesizing voices and take real actors and use real spoken words we could get good speech packages. It would be a major undertaking with all manner of inflections of speech.

In my videos I make recording of my own voice and tweek it with various audio tools. The voices are all male of course. :w00t:

I only use the neospeech TTS voices with a free program called Balabolka, which is very good. It helps in sounding out scripts. That helps me

So, I think the second poster probably has the best idea unless you can get some friends to make some recordings of your scripts. Piece snippets of the recordings in a complete script in your audio editor and then import them into iclone for lip syncing.

If your script is over 15 minutes long you have to build your iclone in less than 15 minute increments. Then import those 15 minute script increments from iclone into your video editor.

I don't regret buying the voices. I don't know if there are any synthesized voices that really sound human to everyone. You can buy neospeech and other voices all over the web. There is nothing really proprietary about the RL neospeech voices. They just had some RL hooks in them for icloners.

Good luck

Reallusion doesn't make NeoSpeech. I'm not sure why it's not being sold anymore though.

However I'd suggest going to a place like Voice Actors Alliance to find help as a person will sound much more convincing.

I just got an email from Reallusion about the Neospeech Natural Sounding TTS. I clicked on the buy it now/add to cart and it said it was no longer available! Did the product get recalled?
If it was, I hope they are improving it, because honestly the samples didn't sound any better than what is already included in iClone. It still sounds like a computer generated voice...not very natural at all. But I am kind of curious as to why it is not available, right after an email ad was sent out about it?
