Customer Support was prompt and courteous, and graciously accommodated me with a refund because Neospeech packs are not Macintosh compatible.

I'm afraid the Neospeech voices are for Windows PC's only.

If you have purchased them in error for Mac then please contact Customer Support using the link below. They will be able to help you with a refund.

Thanks for posting this. I had a feeling that the voice packs were only compatible with Windows computers:(

As a Macintosh user, I just ordered and paid for the four-voice English set today.

But after the order was completed, I was given links to the four files that were in .exe format, which I knew was a bad omen.

I downloaded one, and sure enough -- certainly not native Mac OS compatible. :(

The product description page for the Neospeech TTS voice packs said nothing about Mac compatibility (and only had a loose reference to the Microsoft OS). So I should have inquired first (like you are doing!). ;)

I opened a support ticket asking about Mac versions (if there really are any), and I'll have to wait to see what they say.

Are the Neospeech voice add on packs compatible with CrazyTalk Pro for the Mac?
