Just downloaded pop Video Converter Trial 2. I also can't load any video files of the accepted formats. I either get a message saying there is no codec for it, or a message that says "file is not seek able" whatever that means!

Having read the posts above, I downloaded new WMV, Dvix and Xvid codecs (although my old ones worked on all other programs).

I'm sure that myself and others won't be buying this if it won't work! Any further suggestions?
