Hello all. Every time I attempt to import a background music mp3, the program crashes ("CrazyTalk 7 App has stopped working").

Previously, the program was crashing when the "Create New Actor" icon was clicked. That issue went away when I disabled my Aver-Media Sound card (as per Reallusion support instructions). My OS is Vista Business (32). Any suggestions? Thank you.

I would make sure you have all your latest system updates by going to Start > All Programs > Windows Update. While there, check for any updated drivers for your sound card. They may appear as optional.

If that is unsuccessful, try visiting the website of your audio card manufacturer to check for updated drivers. All your problems do seem to stem from that audio card.

Please also get back to support if the problem continues. I'm sure they will work with you to try and get this resolved as soon as possible.

Good luck.
