Software fails at execution with "LoadLibrary failed with error -1-97741795: (null)".  Help from anybody will be greatly appreciated.  This is a new install on a W7 Home Premium 64bit machine with plenty of ram and video.

I started with a different error and reported it.  Support came back with "update to the latest video driver" which is a copout.  The first error did go away but the one above reared it's ugly head and Reallusion has not responded in a week.

Even if Reallusion is working on a fix they can atleast notify me and not leave me hanging.

I'm hoping that another customer has seen this and can offer a solution.

Thank you.

Hi mlwmaw -

welcome to the forum! :D that sounds like a possible bad install. - if you have any anti virus / protection software, it may have prevented RL from installing incorrectly - bad installs are not uncommon and can produce some really unusual / unwanted / demonic results!! Video card drivers are important also, and you may want to check to make sure that the driver itself isn't corrupted. I'm not saying these are your specific problems, what I am saying is the above problems will cause the results you are experiencing. If you uninstall and reinstall the software, make sure that you are online when you do this process so the RL servers can credit your account with the install. I'd say try this first and re-post on the forum with your results - chances are we can help you with our own experiences on the forum - it's a friendly community that's suffered all sorts of quirks and misfortunes and we share each others adventures in an effort to help!!

Cheers!

Hi..

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems installing CrazyTalk 7.

If you have recently performed a fresh install of Windows 7, please ensure that you have all the latest system updates installed before installing CrazyTalk.

Please go to Start > All Programs > Windows Update and then check for and install all important updates. Depending on the build version of your OS there may be a lot of important updates that need to be installed. These are very important for CT7 to work correctly.
