Sorry to seem incredible think but where do i enter the serial number?

my 15 day trial has run out according to the software. So I have purchased the full pro license and registered it online. However there is no option to enter serial number. I thought that it might be that the free download version was a trial only one. So unistalled and installed from the members download page.....still no option to enter my serial number to activate the software.


The option are:

More purchase close

more and purchase just take me to the website. Close well close closes it.

Paul - I feel terrible that I must ask a simple question like this :(

Once RL send you the serial you may have to register and then download your registered version. Just a guess. Others may know better :)

Hi Paul,

It isn't possible to make the trial version into the full version I'm afraid.

You just need to login to your Member Account and download the full version, or download from the link provided in your purchase email. The full version can't be installed without a serial number so you will definitely know when you are installing the correct version. :)

i need a serial number

HELP PLEASE?... I purchased the pipeline version of CC3 last year as a pre-pay but I haven't needed to install it until now because I had to finish some big 2D projects in CTA3 first... 

But I can't find where to put the serial number either... I did not start with a trial. I downloaded the full pipeline version from my account, I have registered it on my account page, and still no luck....

there used to be a way to enter our serial numbers up in the help menu inside all RL programs, but it's missing from CC3... 
and now it just keeps redirecting me to the content store as if I have to pay for it again... 

I have tried to run it as the administrator, but still no luck... 
Why is this so hard to do now?

Character Creator 3 Pipeline is correctly registered to your account so you only need to install it. The installation is done in two parts. First, you install Character Creator 3 and then you install the Pipeline Extensions. The recommended way to do this is by the Reallusion Hub but you can also download and install both parts from your Member Account > Registration page.

Depending on the way you install you may not be prompted for a serial number but you must install both parts to get the full features of Character Creator 3 Pipeline.

Found it... yes it was in the pipeline addon. It didnt seem like it was letting me install that part until Id registered it but I blew the hub away and finally managed to get it working manually.. its awesome fun now... very cool!!
