I just exported this short video and when watching there is some texture flickering. Am I doing something wrong with settings or is standard when camera movement and hdr lighting? May need to full screen it and switch to hd mode to actually see what I talking about.

This type of flickering is common for models with double faces, with polygons that occupy same space. Meaning, somebody did a less than good job in modeling, usually in Sketchup. If this is the case, I think you can't do much about it without cleaning the model...

Select prop -> Click "Y" on keyborad (now you at "Material" tab) -> Pick the flickering material with eyedropper -> Delete this material by clicking on "Delete" button. In short, simply delete one of the two materials :)

I see it, and I can see where it would be distracting. On the other hand, it kind of looks like light hitting reflective surfaces as you move (like it would in reality) so it's actually kind of cool if you don't end up getting rid of it.
