Thanks for the reply and I agree about my computer and I think I knew that this was the problem. I get hand me downs from my brother and for me this was a step up from my old 98SE. I uninstalled the program and will let it go at that.

Hi Harry,

From looking at your system specifications it looks like your computer may be struggling to run Crazytalk 5. Both the processor and graphics are very old (by computer standards) and even though Crazytalk 5 doesn't require a lot of horsepower compared to iClone, it does require a minimum Pentium III so your Athlon processor could be the cause.

It also may be worth trying to get some updated graphics drivers, which may help the situation. If you would like to persevere with this, you can try contacting Technical Support for further guidance. They will be able to tell you for sure if your hardware is suitable for Crazytalk 5 or not.

Ok, problem 1 I went to create a model and within a few seconds after clicking model I get an error message. Now everything is working on this Pro5? Not really sure that my computer is powerful enough. See attachments

Ok, actually I did respond to one of your forum reply's and did contact sales and they will respond in a few days.

I will download the "CT5Pro" and give it some time. And when I am wrong I'll admit it and I was as you said it is $49.95. I was looking at the bundled price package. I think that when I was younger and making what was for me good money and many years later with triple bypass surgery, prostate surgery and the problems that come with that surgery I am disabled with he VA with a disability payment witch is close to the poverty line and I actually developed a poverty complex and for now I am happy that I can meet my rent and bills. So I dearly apologize to Reallusion for comments. Actually for me though all I am interested in is making a neighbors little Chawawa (spelling sorry) talk. They are legal immigrants and the dog is so tinny and cute I wanted to do a slide show of "Checko" his name coming to the America and getting held up at the boarder and Checko just slipping past to the U. S. He get lost and ends up in all places "Arkansas" I know stupid I want to put it on my YouTube web "site harryfitzner1" hoping to get many people viewing it. My parents are from Germany but I have no accent but can do a good espanic one for the dog Chicko.

For me though you probably will laff but even $49.95 is out of my budget but I can try to do without some luxuries.

It is really quite a common practise to discontinue older versions of software once newer versions are available. Also I don't really understand the "High $$$" comment. Crazytalk 5 Standard is only $49.95 which is the same as the price you quoted for Crazytalk 3. And Crazytalk 5 is really so much more powerful than the older versions. Why not give the trial a go and see if it meets your requirements. It costs nothing to try it.

As I mentioned previously, you should try contacting support. From what HiRoller said in the previous post it would seem support may be able to help you after all. It's certainly worth a try if you are certain you don't want Crazytalk 5.

I thought the same thing until I emailed their sales department and the sent me back with a link to the crazy talk to download that would work with talking slide at no charge. the ealier version,

                                                                                              

Ok, on your official website I found "Talking Slides" downloaded it and watched the tutorials. Then I opened up the program and tried to emulate the tutorial and found that I could not. So, I assume you have to buy "CrazyTalk" also. If this is correct the tutorial does not say this which I find upsets me! In fact the tutorial screen has portions like setting the screen to 800x600 etc which does not exist on the talking slide program, trial version, I downloaded. When you say the only program currently available is the "CrazyTalk5" mean to me that you are offering only the high $$$ programs and not giving a variety. So, in order for me to work the "TalkingSlide" program I have to also purchase another for it to work? If this is true let me know and I will just leave this project alone and say Ich gebe auf!

Many links you find on the Internet through search engines like Google are not official Reallusion websites but 3rd party sites offering links to Reallusion products. Sadly Reallusion has no control over these sites and many still have outdated links on them.

Hi Harry,

Could you give a link to where Crazytalk 3.5 is advertised on the Reallusion website. Only the latest version Crazytalk 5 is currently available from the Reallusion Store.

Crazytalk 5 does not require a really powerful PC to run so if your computer meets the requirements listed below then this would be the version to go for. It is so much better than the older Crazytalk 3.5.

If you really want Crazytalk 3.5 then all I can suggest is that you contact support (Link below) who may be able to help you obtain a copy although I'm not sure if this will be possible sadly.

computer is old : HP AMD 7950 1.6 378 mb and if this program no longer exists by itself you should update your websites and only put what is available.
