It is driving me nuts. I am able to make changes to my picture and it looks great while it is playing. But the movie shows up blank and the picture does not show unless I play the movie.

This issue is normally caused by outdated graphics drivers or an unsupported graphics card.

Please try updating your graphics drivers and the problem will normally go away. Alternatively, let us know your full system specifications, including graphics card and we can advise you further.

Please also make sure you have updated CrazyTalk 6 to the latest version which is 6.21.

Thanks for your reply! If I just bought Crazy Talk 6, is it already updated with version 6.21? If not, can you provide a link so I can update Crazy Talk 6 since the link above is not working. Thanks for all your help!

When you have CrazyTalk 6 open, just select Help (?) and click Check For Updates.

This will tell you which version you have installed and if there are any updates available.
