I do not know whether it is of interest, or if someone has made a tutorial about it, but I've found out how to use horse movements for a few animals (4 Legs / 15 Bones)

Horse uses original horsemovments
Cat & Dino first uses converted horsemoves, thereafter cat moves.

That is most excellent! Do you just need to save the horse skeleton as a profile?

Also try robodog (and robocat if you have her) I have gotten both to use each other's movements and the biped iMotions inc air guitar and dance.
on 4 legs!
rotate abdomin/chest for quadruped and adjust forearms arms and shoulders.
you can use their motions on humans too!
I have had no luck saving and reapplying profiles and t-poses to other figures only to the same one.
I have tried the household animals and horse plus bigbosses skintight cats but the mesh breaks too much,
I am still working on it, might need to export and replace retargeted mesh after a bit of vertex moving (in Carrara, in my case, can use any modeling program) upright on two legs they are not too bad.

Here's a good place to get some ideas.

http://www.reallusion.com/iclone/help/3DXchange5/Pro/

Look at the "Converting Human Motions" folder.

actually the human motions work quite well with the household animals in a quadruped t-pose!

I find it hard rotating the colar, shoulder forearms and hand symmetrically though, wish 3DX5 had a mirror feature.

this is the household cat t-pose I did if I am allowed to share,

(no bones or mesh, just the tpose)

use the 3dsMAX biped preset to retarget.

Yeah. I was messing with it as well. working on getting animal motions onto humans now.

To make rotation easier, if you click on the little wrench (spanner) button there is an angle snap option that you can set to degrees for the rotation. It is the fourth one in from the right on the toolbar.

RB3006 and Rampa, I have just been using my converted Arabian horse fully loaded iProp motions on the humans!

thx for the idea! really funny, doing a video!

yes I have had a lot of fun using human motions on animals along with their own motions but never thought to go the other way!

I can as I already said pose an animal in a quadruped t-pose but it is specific for that animal, applying to another breaks mesh, we need a depositry to put all the animal t-poses in or Reallusion could add them to packs for purchased animals.

thx also Rampa, I can straighten one side and write down the angles for the other if I can be bothered, mirror would make it easier, hint, hint Reallusion.

I would like mirroring as well.:) I set my snap angle to 10 so its really easy to set each side so they look the same.

Also the "Load T Pose" has a generic T pose profile for starting. Its right next to thew bone size setting.

Wendy,
probably those "bouncing titties" on that character might be a welcome sight for most of us,but I wonder how the moderators might interpret it:D
