I recently found a plugin for Wings 3D that is supposed to enable FBX import and export, so out of curiosity I tried it, I used the install plugin option on the zip download as well as trying extracted plugin in the plugin folder, but it fails to show up as an import/export option.
Was wondering if anyone else on this forum has tried it and does it work?
Got the impression from some scarce posts the Unity forum it did, but not much info out there, or I am not Googling the right questions!

It looks like its from a long time ago, and has perhaps lost compatibility.
