There are numerous short tutorials there that you can try as well as lots of really useful information. James used to be Reallusion's video tutorial guy so he knows all there is to know about iClone.

A little boring history-this is my first foray into "animation" and my only other experience is making one slideshow/video(which turned out better than expected!).
