At first I thought I must be doing something wrong regards the material settings, but it seems there's no way to get high-gloss specular on the lips. The material system is capable of it cause it works on materials in iClone. It would be nice to have a hardness control for the specular on the lips, so that we can achieve the sort of look shown in the photo. The only way I can get that sort of specular is by adjusting the main material settings, but that's no good cause it effects all of the figure and messes with everything else.
In a nutshell, it would be cool to have a specular hardness control added to the lip section :
