Can you tell me if I can upload my own cartoon in the CrazyTalk 7. Will this software move other features on the face besides the mouth?

When you set up your cartoon for use with CrazyTalk, you will demark various areas of the face such as the moth, the eyes, eyebrows, etc.

These can then be animated later using the Face Puppet. In addition, a speech file will trigger the automated lip-synching.
