I find this video, I need to create a cloth from an obj/fbx file.
FBX file is: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/character/clothing/old-leather-coat

First probleme: can't select the obj file only the fbx file (in the video it is an obj file)
Second probleme: "the fbx key file path is empty" What fbx key file?

How can I import a downloaded obj/fbx as a cloth?

It sounds like you are not using the correct import process.

You have to select Create > Accessory from the Menu Bar and you can then choose either an OBJ or FBX file. If you use this method no FBX Key will be required.
