Does it support it? Do I need to bake something since it seems on Iray the face is flat again

Did you ever find the answer? I'm also curious

We’ll.
I opened a ticket and they said it’s not supposed.
I tried baking it and still unsupported.
Same with sending to Omniverse.
But on unreal it works great as long as you bake all the maps (in wrinkles there’s a button to populate each of the 9 maps, 3 for each part of the face)

Thanks for the reply, such a shame we can't use iray.

Now I know a bit more.
As I said It doesn’t work with Omniverse.
But also with ray tracing in unreal engine.
It seems ray tracing is the problem

I saw on the unreal auto-update page it says this info:

Version 1.32 is compatible with Unreal Engine 5.0, 5.1. Version 1.3 above support for Expression Wrinkles with the latest RL_HQSkin shader update.

So! I assume is going to the ported to the Iray renderer soon

Cheers

Unfortunately there will be no further updates to the Iray Plug-in. We will however continue to upgrade the Nvidia Omniverse Connectors which also allow Iray and path tracing renders.
