Does not allow me to add the hair to the character and this appears
i did press ok and does not do anything been waiting 1 hour already
It's stuck on a loop updating the 5,000 morphs only does 260 morphs

Just click on OK, wait until it's finished updating the morphs and everything should work.

I have the same issue. It's stuck in a loop!
Then try again and:
It seems to be related to the free resource, The other beard works as expected and looks pretty good, I have to say.

I believe that this is connected to the fact that the Smart Gallery is not working inside Character Creator 3.4- It is working in iClone 7.9, and if you run the SG in iClone it will install the Free assets and they should be available within CC - at least that's the case on my system.

+1. Only the 'free' items.
Keeps asking for update,I've updated multiple times now. Then nothing happens.
Other hair content is awesome btw.
** EDIT Gerry is right. You have to update the IC7 Wearable Preset Pack in Smart Gallery in iClone.
Other hair assets will be available in CC3. Thanks again, devs!

Unfortunately there are some known issues with installing the free facial hair components in Character Creator 3.4 and iClone 7. We will try to get these issues fixed as soon as possible.

Gerry and Smit_R are both right in saying you need to update the iClone Smart Gallery. Once the Wearable Preset Pack was updated things worked correctly.

It didn't for me, but there is a hotfix now.

Yes, Updating smart gallery in Iclone 7.9 fixes the loading issue in CC3.4, verified.. btw.. putting s stubble beard on the standard character Jody makes her into Elijah Wood.. creepy

Having the same problem. iClone may be the fix but here's what annoys me.
It's clearly a global issue. Patch it. Not to mention, how many people ALSO have iClone? Not everyone. So there's thousands of people who can't fix this out there.

Well...somehow mine seemed to have fixed itself. It was not working right on yesterday. But it is working fine today. I can now use the free content. Don't exactly know what happened, but I am happy that it did. :-)

For those still having Smart Hair loading issues you no longer need to use the Hotfix mentioned previously. The "CC3 Embed Hair" pack in the Free Resource area of your CC3 Smart Gallery has been updated to include the Smart Hair content. Just right click the "CC3 Embed Hair" thumbnail and choose Update (as shown below).
