Hi:

Am having trouble with iClone 4 (latest) crashing when trying to edit skin. Here is the info

If you read the boards here, crashing seems to be a feature built into the program.

I posted a crashing problem in the "iClone4 - Issues Thread" which is where you should post crashing problems to make sure it gets Reallusion's attention.

In my limited 3mths experience with the software it crashes on me daily. I pretty much save every 5 minutes. Be careful with that too though, as I have had corrupted project files - a telling sign was that the preview of the file was black. So save under successive file names :)

If iClone had an InstantSave feature (Which IMO, it should), like other Programs, your Project would  Open at the point where iClone crashed, when you Re-Launch iClone.

However since iClone has only recently introduced an Undo/Redo feature, don't expect too much. That being said, if iClone is taking a "Snapshot" of your Edits to enable Redo/Undo, to your last Edit, I wouldn't have thought it would requre extensive Programming to include an InstantSave function.
