By Pixtim - 9 Years Ago Hello everybody, I have to make some motion captures this weekend and I have a problem with my Neuron suit. I have all the latest versions. I went on Reallusion Feedback and saw the post on the instantaneous crash (link) ... I downloaded and installed the indicated DLL. Actually I do not have the crash I had at the beginning. But the connection is not done ... finally if it is done but the preview button and recording remain gray. I have two questions: 1 _ anyone has a solution? 2 _ my second possibility is to save my bvh on the software of Neuron and to import it with 3DXchange. But I do not manage to have my character in pose T. What makes that when I arrive on Iclone, everything is wrong ... I think there is a manipulation that I do not do but ... which one? It works for me on iClone 6.5 as well and crashes iClone 7.01. Thanks for posting this in the Technical Issues section ! Do you get a connection with Axis before crashing iC7 ? Which version of Axis do you run - Standard or Pro ? I already read about a version 1.31 but could not see it to download - so the Live Update function brought this up today and installed the patch. Now I can use iClone 7.01.714 and Perception Neuron Duo MoCap plug-in 1.31.3119.1 with AxisPro 3.8.42.6503. A quick test looked fine. Please report your findings when you check it yourself !
