Hi Im trying to install cc 2.1 and when I try to install it is asking for a serial number . Serial says N/A in the reallusion order section where all my other serials and downloads are loacted . ? is this normal , what am idoing wrong ?

I thought that we were trying to solve this issue in this post. It's difficult to follow different posts dealing with basically the same problem. Perhaps you should contact Reallusion Support for more assistance.

Check your account (My Account | Registration not My Account | Order). In my account registration, I show a CC2 serial number. This is the one that I used to install CC2 and then upgrade to CC2.1. It worked for me.
