Crazytalk 7 Std Silent Installation

Hello.
I am trying to silently install this application we have just purchased, so i can deploy it via MDT or SCCM.

I have followed the standard installshield rules and created an iss file using the /r switch, but when i use the /s and /f1 switch, it is not installing.

If i use /f2 and create an installation log file, i get a weird result pasted here:
[InstallShield Silent]
Version=v7.00
File=Log File
[ResponseResult]
ResultCode=0

This file should have application information etc in it.
The same machine will manually install fine.

Can anyone point me in the right direction ?
