The 10% discount til Oct. 31 for Survey answering

Today, I purchased the Horse & Tack theme pack and the Fantasy hair Vol. 1 & 2.  Why was the place to enter the 10% discount for completing the survey missing?  That was supposed to be good til October 31.  I went through with the order thinking there would be a place to put the code further in the process, but there was not?

Is this some sort of error and am I not entitled to this discount?
