When I make animated videos that are more than 10 minutes long, my approach is to import the audio first, then build the scene and match the character's lip-sync. However, I found that when doing multiple scenes, the software will be very laggy. Do you have any good ones? Is it a skill?

I limit my scene lengths to 1 to 1.5 minutes at most. This has the additional advantage that if you see a problem you don't have to render a full 10 minutes.

So see if you can split up your project in smaller ones.

Now I did discover a problem where AccuLips introduces a delay. I work with image sequences, and when exporting to my video editor I found that the lipsynching was off. In the video editor I had to add a delay of 47 ms to the audio I used for lipsynching with AccuLips.

This may not be your problem; I just put it out there.

EDIT: I just nitice that you are using Caroon Animator, so this may not be relevant (I use iClone).

Nowadays, various long animated videos are more popular, so we need to make such long animated videos to improve efficiency. If a single scene is exported for tens of seconds each time, the production efficiency will be too slow, which is a big problem.

I also have big issues with the lipsync in a minute long video. Support is checking on that in the moment.

Is it really laggy for you or is the playback smooth and the lipsync has an offset? For me it's an offset so I split the voice track and move the clip further as a workaround. It's a pain as you will hear the voice at the wrong point in time but the lips will move correctly
