I've grabbed CC4 and I'm really excited about what is possible with this ingenious tool.
However, I ask myself more questions than answers.
How do I create a character from 0 on? Do I need a model e.g. from Blender or can I
use a neutral character, pre-installed character from CC4 and model
it to implement it later in my own game?
What is CC content and is CC4 worth using if you don't buy additional packs etc.?
All very vaguely expressed, but maybe someone can give me some enlightening answers.
Greetings and thank you in advance! In CC4 you normally start with the neutral base figure and begin creating your character from there.
So with the neutral base loaded, you use the available morph sliders to change face and body shape, use features like SkinGen to add realistic skin, then you can add hair and clothing to complete your character.
CC4 comes with a sample selection of CC compatible content to get you started, but you can add additional CC content from the Reallusion Content Store or Marketplace, or you can import content from other 3rd party sources and convert it for use with your CC4 characters such as clothing, hair and other accessories.
P.S. As this is an English forum, please write in English. If you have problems with this you can use a translator as I have done above. Thanks.
