76% of original size (was 666x19) - Click to enlargeHi, i seem to have an issue with installing updated content since months, but since i wasn't using the software that much up till now i only decided to ask in the forum if anybody else may have the same issue like mine. Basically when i load CC4 a pop up window tells me there's updated content available. So, for example, by checking the character section i noticed these 3 new templates and i wanted to install them. Normally i would simply need to double click on them to install, and when i do it, it seems like it's actually working, showing the progress bar going through the pictures, but then the character is still back to grey shaded and doesn't look available. Is there another way to sort this out? I thought it might be a bug within the software and that would have been eventually fixed, but it's been months now.
