Your current updates to iClone and Character Creator are blocked by my Norton Utilities.  Your "turn off your antivirus" guidance is probably OK, but I have no way of knowing whether someone is spoofing your update messages in order to infect my computer systems.  I did notice that eventually your update software messages pass the Norton sniff test.  But only after a week or two.  How do I know whether your updates are really from you or being spoofed?  Frankly, if all I have to do is wait a couple of weeks for your updates to pass Norton's anti-virus tests, I'm willing to wait.  Your FAQ only applies to the Microsoft anti-virus package, which I do not use.
