Hi...
Scene Manager indicates the eyes are the problem. Where did the eyes come from? Was it from a purchased pack? If so please give a link to the product page.
You can also try swapping the eyes out for one of the default eyes that come with iClone8/CC4 and see if that resolves the problem.
Also just to clarify, you are using a purchased version of iClone 8 and not a trial version?
One last thing to try if you are certain you purchased all the content, is to go Help >Activate Purchased Items and if that doesn't resolve it, try Help > Activate Entire Library (may take some time).
