I'm not quite sure what you are asking - do you mean that you don't find the rig is performing correctly?  Because from the screen shot it sure looks like it's fine (hard to tell from a still).

As a general rule you will always need to do a bit of cleanup from the capture, but egregious errors can be fixed using Edit Motion Layer at the very start of the capture (usual issue is arms too close to the body, so you just move them out a bit).
