I figured out you have to use AutoSearch and select the right folder and it reassigns everything. Hopefully this is fixed going forward too.

Thanks. If it happens again I will install that.It will happen again and you should install the hotfix. It replaces the Content Manager DDL for iClone and CC.

How do I install that? I ran both bat files and still get the error.

This happened to me. I had to delete and reinstall. It was the only thing that worked

I ran both the hotfix batch files - still getting 'texture files failed to load error'
then unininstal/re-installed CC4 - still getting same error
Would anyone have any further suggestions?

Hi... This issue was fixed in the latest CC 4.12b update (no need for hotfixes). Please open the Reallusion Hub to see if an update is available. When you have confirmed you are using the latest version of the software, please go to "Content Manager > Template > Pack > Update" and update all available packs. The check to see if the problem is resolved.
