I hope I can explain this. I wanted to turn the IBL way down- but not off- for a night time outdoor scene. I thought it was set at 2 on the strength dial, but as I moved down the timeline it kept going up and down. I can't find anything related to it on the actual timeline so I can delete or move those values. I clicked on the Object related Track icon, but that didn't work.
Does anybody know how to do this?
