Hello

I'm trying to export my Avatar (Created in CC3 and animated in iClone 7) as a FBX file from iClone 7 to import it in 3Ds Max. Everything is working fine expect i do not have my full range of animation in 3Ds Max.
In iClone, my animation is going from frame 0 to frame 1820. When i import the FBX into 3Ds max, my animation is going from frame 0 to frame 792. I'm missing more than the half of my entire animation.
I tried to change the export range setting in the FX dialog box (Changing to full, changing to specific keys,..) but nothing change.

I have both my project set to 25fps. I have full licensed Pipeline version of Reallusion software.
My FBX file is only 69mb so that's not a size limit problem.

How am i supposed to do to get the full animation ?
Thank you

Hi...

iClone works internally at 60 frames per second so if you export your project of 1820 frames at 60 fps then you will get the full 1820 frames exported.

However, if you export at a reduced frame rate then the number of frames exported will be different. For example, if you export your 1820 frames project at 30 fps then you will get 910 frames exported. What is important to remember is that no matter which frame rate you export at, you are getting the full project. So for example, if you export a 1 minute project at 60 fps, 30 fps or 25 fps it will still be 1 minute long.

Hello,
Thank you for your answer.

Yes, i did realized that a few minutes after posting my question. Indeed my 3Ds Max frame range is smaller than iClone but all my animation is there.

Thank you
