Please contact support, I found them really helpful on this issue. For me it was because I was on the trial, once subscribed the issue went away. Could be something different for you but support will know.

Your screen shot in this post clearly demonstrates that you are searching in the wrong place.

Your image shows the same as mine below:



There is no Headshot content in the >Project>CC Project folders.

You need to be searching in "All". When you do that search then the results are as shown below:



If you follow the screen shot by Rampa using the "Pack" tab in the content manager then this is the search result:

Content can only be installed using the Content Manager, no content is installed using the Reallusion Hub. The Hub only installs software and Plugins. It's obvious that you haven't installed the content using the Content Manager, post a screen shot of what shows in the Pack tab as both Rampa and I posted.

Hi @d.brivio - click the "Pack" tab you can see in the screenshot below, then search again there:


I believe "Item" is for what you already have installed.
