Cool 😂

He reminds me of someone. Hard to tell.
The mighty guy from Star Trek who appears every now and then.

PS: seems you can create all kinds of aliens. Can you export them back to iClone? Wink

EDIT: just kidding. Of course you can export them to iClone, make some funny animation and render that in UE5!! Rolleyes

Keen to see a workflow tutorial for taking a CC4 character through the Metahuman Plugin and then converting to Meta human. Once converted, Can we roundtrip it back to CC4 for clothese etc and further customizations?

As far as sending from CC to MH, and then back to CC, the importing into UE is new, but as for a subsequent export back it would be accomplished however it was accomplished previously, but I don’t think this successful-export was done yet previously.

This plugin doesn’t do anything for exports, so much as it just reads the shape and allows you to edit in MH creator. It’s more like a Headshot Sculptor for MH.

@Tony, yes I agree, it is that. Have created two from CC4 characters in the last hour and the stylized eyes don't really work right now. Prob as they are using database of real human scans where unless they had a few aliens as volunteers then it prob won't work, they don't have a scan morph suitable for it.

Just tried out the Metahuman Creator Plugin in UE5 using a digital double self portrait created in CC4. Found the following results:
1. Easy to convert a CC4 character to Metahuman
2. The likeness goes away but there are some similarities left with the original mesh morph created in CC4
3. The MH plugin does an assumption blend with the vanilla metahuman head mesh created in Maya originally.
4. Not able to do further morphs as we can in CC4 to customize the digital human.
5. Great potential for getting a likeness and of course the glamour of creating a Metahuman.
6. Great tool with lots of potential. Going to try a round trip of the newly created MH to CC4 to see what the possibilities are and will report back.
7. The hair grooms are becoming an important part of the digital human creation process and as such becomes a necessity for Reallusion Auto Setup plugin to have the capabilities of converting the smart hair, eyebrows, facial hair like beard and moustache to grooms for better representation inside UE5.

Transformed the CC3 "Antonia D Prime" to MH without original Textures and eyebrows.
To add the CC3 Textures I will use Substance or Wrap (you can wrap uv's too)

Really happy with the result so far:

For best self portrait you should use photogrammetry and transform it to MH , you only have to add the textures , but the mesh looks great
