i have a problem
in reallusion hub i see installed:  Motion live plugin for iclone and relative sub-plug in
But in reality it is not installed because it was uninstalled from windows.

The problem is that it is again in the list so i cant try to reinstall for try
where i can find the list of window registry for delete this non-right information for "tell" to reallusion hub that in realy the app is already uninstalled?

Hi...

If you previously had the trial version of Motion Live installed you can't install it again. You can only install and use a trial version once.

If you want to continue using it you will need to purchase it which is the option shown in your screenshot.

Have you tried going to Start > Settings > Apps in Windows 10 and see if the Motion LIVE plug-in is listed as installed. If it is, please try uninstalling it from there.

However, if you still have problems please contact Support using the link below. They will be able to advise how to remove the plug-in.
