HI i dont know what happen...but why is the world gizmo controller so so small..and it gets smaller if you zoom into it..please help. thanks

I'm not sure if its just your screenshot but the perspective and aspect ratio seem off. Do you have your graphics drivers up to date? It's possible this is a graphics driver issue so worth checking.

Also, is this Gizmo problem only happening in this one project or all projects? So for example if you load up one of the sample projects that come with iClone do you still have the same small Gizmo?

the perspective off may be that he is in 360 pano  mode
the gizmo gets that way in that mode.
better to do the camera moves in normal mode
