Hi, I'm unable to control my imported CC3 characters after upgrading to iClone 7.9. When I connect Live Face, I receive an error in iClone which states"ARKit Expressions Not Applied", I opt to apply them but the character is still not responding to Live Face motion data. Has anyone experienced this? thank you

Update: I did a full/clean uninstall and reinstall of iClone 7.9 and the issue has been resolved.

Hello, you have to go to create script, and at the bottom there is acculips.

Hello! Please help! I have the exact same issue. I did a clean reinstall of iClone and I still have the same problem. What other options are there?

When the issue reoccurred for me, I updated my Live Face Plugin manually from my account page on the web site. I restarted iClone and it worked.

Having the same issue, when this used to work. Uninstalling and re-installing everything is not working. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Very often I have this issue when I first apply ARKit to my CC3 characters in an iClone scene. I find that when I turn on Live Face and assign Live Face to a character, it will tell me to "hit the OK button" or words to that effect, to add the ARKit to the character. But that is not enough! After you add the ARKit to the character, you need to save your iClone project, then re-load your iClone project to get the ARKit settings to take effect. You do not need to quit iClone, just reload the project. THEN Live Face will work properly again. If you have multiple characters with whom you wish to use Live Face, you can activate them all in the same session, then save the iClone project, and then reload the project once to activate all characters that need to use Live Face.
