Hi everyone,

Today we were trying out our new Manus Prime II Xsens with the Xsens Link Suit. We did a few small tests, but during the connection with Motion Link, the character does not move. The Xsens connects with Motion Live, but it doesn’t do anything. We followed the steps of this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csD3D3QtTtQ and it works only for body data. The moment you plugin the gloves, it stops working.

We found out that if you uncheck the box ‘Send finger tracking data’ in MVN animate the body data streams perfectly but no finger data. 

The character does nothing with the checkbox checked “Send finger tracking data”.

The character starts moving when you uncheck the checkbox “Send finger tracking data”. But no finger tracking and the finger tracking is shown in MWN.

The weird part is that if we export the MVN file to FBX. and open the file in 3DX MAX the finger data is being recorded. The finger tracking data is not shown in Iclone.

We found it really weird because, during a showcase this pipeline should be working, the only difference is they used the prime I gloves and the MWN Awinda.(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oYdctXS_ec4)
