Hi...

Do you mean for iClone?

If so you can buy the Motion LIVE 3D plugin plus the Live Face profile for under $500. All you would then need is an iPhone X or higher. If you don't have a suitable iPhone you can pickup the iPhone XR for quite a cheap price these days which will do an excellent job of facial motion capture.

Or are you talking about an actual "rig" like something you would wear.  Pete's advice is great for the capture hardware and then you can purchase either a bike helmet and/or a phone stand (that you wear around your neck).  I've done this both ways -- the bike helmet you just insert the neck stand inside seems a bit more stable, but the neck stand works as well.

thanks for answering. What i'm searching for is a solution for the helmet that is not selfmade but still under 1000€
I have found some instructions on the internet to build a capture helmet but the parts are all only available in the US, I'm located in Europe..
Sure there must be another affordable hardware I can buy as an alternative to building a capture rig using a bike helmet. Camerawise i am using the Faceware Software and a Webcamera with i Clone right know but i will get my IphoneX next week. Then i will be able to capture without without the Faceshift Software and can switch to the Realluison solution that supports the iPhone. So in i am basically looking for a Helmet rig that holds an iPhoneX.
Cheers

What kind of camera are you using? Or are you not particular about the kind of camera you use? What you want to use as a camera is a good starting point for looking for the right rig.

I bought one of these https://glidegear.net/products/glide-gear-pov-100-dslr-helmet-camera-mount

It works perfectly. I bought some car audio metal brackets  https://glidegear.net/products/glide-gear-pov-100-dslr-helmet-camera-mount so I could extend the front mount for the camera.

Also added a bit of foam inside to make it fit my head better so it wouldn't  sway when I turn my head fast.

You can definitely get a bike helmet in Europe.  That picture of the $250 helmet from Glide cam is using a mountain climbing helmet.  There is. O thing special about the ones that are being sold ready made. I use a flex arm for the iPhone that could easily be mounted to a helmet.  Depending on where you are in Europe you can get both from Amazon.  If you are in a country where Amazon doesn’t deliver go to a bike shop or a mountaineering shop and show them some pictures of what you want.  I’m sure they’ll happily take your money and build you a helmet rig.  It’s silly spending up to $1K on something that you can make or have made for less than 1/10 of that.
