Is there a way to do a Batch Export ? ie. exporting multiple characters in one go ? I need to export from CC3 to UnrealEngine4. The exporting process is very long and I have a 100 characters to export.

Many thanks in advance !

If you are exporting with CC3 and InstaLOD as far as I've seen no. It's a time sink. If you don't need LOD's its faster. I've yet to try the LOD application embedded into UE4 that they have now and if it generates good results it could improve my flow process as well.

As for importing into UE4 Make sure you use the plugin and make sure you disable texture imports as the plugin already imports textures and leaving the textures set will import extra assets that are not used.
