I'm afraid that there won't be the table of content you expected as online manual offers.

We have no plan to share Developer Resource on the platform like online manual, that will be helpful if you point out what frustrates you most in finding information in wiki. Thank you!

I'm used to paper books and reference books. With a table of contents and an index.
