There is no specific date unfortunately. The rough estimate is March for Early Access and around May for the full release.
and what about facial capture feature? is this an separate plugin? can we try this on March? As LP already mentioned, facial mocap won't be available at launch but is planned for later this year.

You should be able to run iClone on a Mac using Bootcamp providing you meet the recommended specifications shown HERE.
