I am at a point now where I am going to change over and use iClone5 for awhile. When the women stand and talk they have their arms still and the expressions on their faces do not change.
I can work with these things a lot easier using the other program. the scenes will be the same so there is no difference there.
I am putting it together using Magix so that will work out okay.
I don't see any problems except the avatars and things I will need have not been loaded into iClone 5 on the new computer so I will have to do that first.

I managed to get the scene where the three women wept together and Orpah leaves finished though it may be refined a bit more later.
I am not used to making scenes out of sequence so it will be a little bit of a surprise when I see them all together.
I will need to figure out how to keep the last frame of a Scene for the beginning of the next frame so things fit together properly in the end.

I have enough to work on some more of the scenes.
Today I received the voices for Ruth and I already have most of the male voices finished.

This next week only has one day with interruptions that require me to go out so things should pick up a bit more.

Still putting things in the new computer that I had in the old ( and didn't know how to use there either.)
Added GIMP and managed to get Substance painter working. That should be all those I need.
I think I now have all the programs I need to make things.

The length of my videos is determined by the length of the Audio. I usually put in the audio (for the Narrator) and then determine how long the video needs to be.
I can leave the background music for the end of the process.
The voices parts are pretty much determined by what they are saying.
I finished the beginning with a Narrator and some background and am now going on to some of the scenes.
I will be making props for awhile and there is a guy coming to shut me down while he does some repairs where the computer is kept. I also have some trips to make in the middle of this so I am going to be doing life things for a few days.

My ears have gone bad for the most part and I must use a headset. The audio in my videos gives me a problem. Ken:)

Hi Ken.

When you're finished with the movie then add the background music and narration levels. You can learn to adjust sound by site, so use your visual meters to tell the volume. This may change through the movie--like it the beginning, end, and some scenes the music is louder, and then very quiet during the narration. Once you start seeing the volume levels a lot you'll get used to it and be able to adjust accordingly by visuals rather than site.

Btw, it's normal to use headphones for adjusting sound. This is how it should be done.

Also, you need to take out the highs and lows in the narration. Keep it mid range. It'll be heard better.

You can also use EQ plugins, and others, if your software is compatible. BlueCatAudio.com has an nice suite of free ones.

Good job so far! ;) Looking forward to the final making.

Hi Ken, First RESPECT that you dare you at your age to entirely new area. Although I am already retired but still a lot younger than you and I work for a long time with the PC and also with video editing, so I can judge something you do at the moment.

To your farm workers. You can make you own clothes with CloneCloth templates. You only need an image editing program (Gimp or similar)
Aucvh it you can revise existing templates avatars. How this is done is described in various tuts in YouTube.

I always make my own avatar clothing to some personality in the Avatars bring. Auif the Picture you see what you can do so.
I assume you are looking for something.Maybe I can help you.

Greetings from Germany

PS. Excuse my bad English. My school is already back loooong. I have to stop on the google translator to resort

congratulations Ken, great work

looks like you are well on your way.
Only criticism I have like the others have said is your narration is too low in volume

But you have the right voice for story telling!

I watched the tutorial for the i5 Cloth and had to ask if there was a package of generic clothing somewhere or do I have to get it for each person.
I need to find the one for the ic6 clothing. I may figure this out yet.
Almost nap time again.
