I figured out enough of DAZ to create a better generic t-pose. I straightened things out, but did not mess with shoulder angle or hip for/aft. Those things are so character dependent hat they cannot have one universal setting. Enjoy:)

Open DAZ Studio, drag the pose file from your desktop (or wherever) onto the model in DAZ. It will apply the pose.
Then you can save the pose in your library by clicking the button at the upper left of the 3D window when you are in the "pose" tab.

It's actually not needed for conversion to iClone anymore. The whole process is a bit more automated now.
Hope it's useful in general though!
